Datta further said that the hunger strike is aimed to raise the voices of junior doctors who have been on strike for several weeks, demanding better working conditions, higher safety standards, and other vital reforms.
According to a statement from FAIMA, the doctors’ association has also asked healthcare workers across the country to take part in the walkout to show unity among medical professionals in their fight for fair treatment and better working conditions.
