Superstar Rajinikanth was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai late on September 30. At present, his condition is said to be stable. However, no official information has been given by the hospital or Rajinikanth’s team in this regard. According to hospital sources, he may have to undergo an elective procedure on October 1.
According to the Indian Express report, Rajinikanth complained of stomach pain. After which he was admitted to Apollo Greams Road Hospital in Chennai for further examination. Rajinikanth is currently traveling for the shooting of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Coolie film. Earlier on September 30, he met veteran film producers SP Muthuraman and AVM Saravanan. And the pictures of this meeting went viral on social media.
Official details about Rajinikanth’s health status are still awaited. This is not the first time Rajinikanth has faced a health problem. Due to one such incident in late 2020, his much-awaited debut in politics could not take off. He announced the formation of a political party in December 2020. But canceled his plan the same month citing health reasons and the pandemic.
