
Pune Audi accident: According to police, he first hit a two-wheeler, injuring three persons.

Delivery agent died when Audi rams motorcycle
On Friday, a food delivery agent was killed after he was hit by an Audi car in Pune‘s Mundhwa district. The car driver attempted to flee, but police apprehended him.
According to authorities, the offender initially hit a two-wheeler, hurting three persons. He later struck the victim’s motorcycle from behind. Rauf Shaikh died at the hospital.
“At around 1.35 am, the accused hit a two-wheeler first, injuring three people. He further hit a bike on which the deceased Rauf Shaikh was travelling. The car hit him in the back, causing serious injuries to him. He was taken to hospital where he was declared dead,” a senior police officer informed ANI.
The culprit, Ayush Tayal, 34, has been apprehended by police.
“After the incident, 34-year-old Ayush Tayal fled from the crime scene. Upon investigation of the CCTV footage, his car was identified and he was subsequently arrested from his residence in the Hadapsar area,” he said.
Mundhwa Police Station has filed a case under BNS Sections 105, 281, 125(a), 132, 119, 1, 77, and 184.
A speeding Porsche driven by a 17-year-old youth allegedly under the influence of alcohol collided with a motorcycle, killing 24-year-old Anish Awadhiya and a companion Ashwini Koshta. The youngster was treated softly, which prompted significant outrage and controversy.
The Juvenile Justice Board is currently hearing the case against the primary accused, who is a juvenile. Following the accident, the Pune Crime Branch unit filed a case against the minor’s parents and Sassoon Hospital doctors. They were arrested for allegedly conspiring to tamper with evidence and altering a blood sample.
